Job summary

Landscape East & West is seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader with 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience to guide a small crew on residential properties. The role involves mowing, trimming, cleanup, and operating standard lawn care equipment while coordinating with supervisors and clients.

A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and employee

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Ability to manage and communicate with employees and onsite contacts.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license and 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route.
