Job summary

United Land Services in Moncks Corner, SC seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the sales process from lead to close, cultivate key client relationships, and collaborate with estimating and sales teams on bids.

You will represent ULS at industry events, identify new opportunities, and help expand the customer base while delivering marketing support and ensuring bids are accurately prepared.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Landscape industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel between job sites may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with key clients.
• Create proposals in response to bid requests.
• Research opportunities through meetings, trade shows, and publications.
• Coordinate with estimation and sales teams on bids.
• Develop marketing plans and ensure consistent media communications.
• Keep accurate notes and reports of sales activities.
