Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a branch team of ~50, overseeing annual branch revenue of $3.5M–$7M.
• Directly supervise Account Managers and Operations Managers.
• Maintain 90%+ retention for direct reports and foremen.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs and safety/training sessions.
• Set annual sales goals and track progress through weekly meetings.
