Job summary

Community Green Landscape Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow operations in Ohio. The role combines office leadership with hands‑on field work, focusing on profitability, safety, and exceptional service delivery.

You will recruit and coach teams, build client relationships, and partner with executives to hit growth goals while traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape, snow, construction, or related operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, and snow operations.
• Manage branch profitability, budgets, and operational performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop field and management teams.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety performance.
• Oversee fleet, equipment, and subcontractor management.
