Job summary

BraveView, Inc. seeks an experienced Branch Manager for our Gary, IN operation, responsible for leadership, profitability, and high-quality landscape and snow services.

You will oversee client relations, budgeting, safety, and staff development to sustain top-line growth and excellent service levels. The role requires strong financial acumen, sales/estimating skills, and a proven track record in horticulture management.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree in Landscape or related field, or 2- or 4-year general degree with landscape-related coursework, or Industry certification through a recognized landscape association, or Equivalent industry experience with or without a degree
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in horticulture or related industry
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve financial targets and market growth
• Maintain proactive client communication and monthly client meetings
• Develop and manage the annual branch budget with the Controller
• Oversee branch facilities, equipment, and administrative needs
• Recruit, develop, and retain branch staff; manage performance and safety
