Job summary

The Greenery Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch's day-to-day operations and drive financial success, budgets, sales plans, and client relationships. This role reports to the Regional VP and works with multiple departments to ensure branch targets are met.

You will supervise staff, enforce safety, quality, and productivity metrics, manage P&L, and collaborate with the Executive Team to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis.
• Lead branch team to balance company goals with employee satisfaction.
• Oversee daily workflow and branch operations including customer accounts and budgets.
• Manage total P&L ownership for the branch and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
