The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and growth in North Texas, with responsibilities spanning design development, budgeting, and public engagement for parks, trails, and master plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience as a Professional Landscape Architect.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, LandFX, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and deadline-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Richardson Landscape Architecture Team, including project leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Team Director to drive growth in the North Texas market.
• Oversee creation of high-quality documents, proposals, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scales and budgets.
• Engage with clients and public stakeholders as needed.
