Job summary

Halff in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our Planning and Landscape Architecture group. You will oversee landscape architects, designers, and project managers on projects that enhance communities.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and delivering high-quality design documents, with responsibilities spanning client coordination, public engagement, and market growth in North Texas. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Experience leading a landscape architecture team.
• Strong knowledge in Civil 3D, Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Richardson Landscape Architecture Team and guide projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with the Team Director to expand our North Texas market.
• Deliver award-winning projects with high-quality documents and deliverables.
• Balance client, company, and project needs including marketing and public engagement.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.
