Job summary

Halff is seeking a Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer II to join our Richardson, TX team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in parks, recreation and trail planning and design, urban park, plaza, streetscape and transportation enhancements, and land development.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to move projects from concept through construction, produce CD sets, and support client needs, with opportunities for professional growth and potential ownership in

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
3+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers and others on landscape architecture and planning projects.
Work with design teams through all stages from concept through construction.
Produce CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications and bidding packages.
Understand construction methodologies and oversee implementation.
Manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.
Anticipate client and project needs and communicate effectively.
