Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Designer II to join our Planning & Landscape Architecture team in Houston, TX or The Woodlands, TX. You will work with landscape architects and planners on parks, plazas, streetscapes, and large-scale planning projects.

Required is a 3–4 year background in landscape architecture and a degree from an accredited program. Proficiency with AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion is preferred. Texas registration is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university is required.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with parks, plazas, streetscapes, and large-scale planning exposure.
• Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect is preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience preparing site analysis, conceptual design graphics, and construction documents.
• Strong design/graphic skills; writing skills a plus; well-organized and motivated.

Responsabilités

• Landscape architectural and planning project support on diverse assignments.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and project managers.
• Participate in site inventory and analysis.
• Assist with research and data for design processes.
• Produce conceptual/site planning and graphics (hand and digital) and development plans.
• Create quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates; assist with specifications.
