Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architect to join a growing civil engineering and land development firm in the Bucks County area, handling residential, commercial, and land development projects.

You will develop landscape plans, collaborate with engineers, and prepare plans using AutoCAD, while assisting with site analysis, grading, planting, and coordination with municipalities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 3+ years of landscape architecture experience, preferably with land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Knowledge of planting design, site planning, zoning, and permitting.
• Registered Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape plans, site plans, planting plans, and related design documents.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, and other project professionals.
• Prepare plans and details using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Assist with site analysis, grading, planting, hardscape, and overall site design.
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies through the approval process.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.
