Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting a Landscape Architect for a growing civil engineering and land development firm in the Baltimore suburbs. You will work on residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include transforming concepts into construction documents, preparing planting, hardscape, grading plans, coordinating with civil engineers and planners, and assisting with permitting and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 2+ years of landscape architecture/site design experience
• Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D a plus
• Maryland landscape architecture experience/license a plus
• Strong understanding of site planning, planting, and hardscape design
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape and site design plans from concept through construction documents
• Prepare planting, hardscape, grading, and site plans
• Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, and project managers
• Assist with permitting and municipal submissions
• Participate in client and project coordination
