Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer in Pennsylvania to join a seasoned engineering team. This role requires 3–15 years of civil/site design experience and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

You will design and manage civil/site development projects, prepare grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and erosion & sediment control plans, and coordinate with clients and municipalities while supporting permitting and construction activities.

Qualifications

3–15 years of civil/site design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of land development and site design.
Civil 3D experience preferred.
EIT or PE a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Design and manage civil/site development projects.
Prepare grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and erosion & sediment control plans.
Develop site layouts, profiles, details, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
Assist with permitting and project approvals.
Perform site visits and construction coordination as needed
