Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer in Pennsylvania to join a seasoned engineering team. This role requires 3–15 years of civil/site design experience and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

You will design and manage civil/site development projects, prepare grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and erosion & sediment control plans, and coordinate with clients and municipalities while supporting permitting and construction activities.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of civil/site design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of land development and site design.
• Civil 3D experience preferred.
• EIT or PE a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil/site development projects.
• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and erosion & sediment control plans.
• Develop site layouts, profiles, details, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
• Assist with permitting and project approvals.
• Perform site visits and construction coordination as needed
