TYG is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Landscape Architect to lead a diverse portfolio within our growing multidisciplinary design team in Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with planning, engineering, architecture, and environmental professionals to deliver high-quality projects from concept through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Landscape Architect, or actively working toward licensure.
• Experience working on parks, mixed-use developments, commercial, institutional, residential, or public realm projects.
• Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction administration.
• Lead project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, clients, contractors, and public agencies.
• Prepare and review design drawings, construction documentation, specifications, and technical reports.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Mentor junior landscape architects and support their professional development.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist with proposal preparation, fee development, and project planning.
