Renowned landscape design firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Landscape Project Manager with 6+ years of related experience to join a growing team. The successful candidate will lead design efforts, manage client meetings, and oversee project deliverables in collaboration with Principals and landscape architects.

Qualifications include a landscape architecture degree (BA/MA) and strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Certificate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with clear understanding of technical drawings.
• Experience in project management, onsite and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate tasks to support staff.
• Project design in collaboration with Principal and landscape Architects, in concept development and design features.
• Formulating and assembling project deliverables.
• Oversee presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating, and managing drawings.
• Review construction document details—delegating and managing drawings.
• Review design documentation in the form of graphic illustration and imagery research on assigned projects.
• Communicates with design team and others regarding project needs.
• Site observations and reviews during construction phase(s).
• Lead client meetings and presentations.
