• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, LandFX, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience preparing site plans, construction documents, grading plans, and amenity details.
• Strong graphic, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of zoning, land development, and municipal design standards.
