The Senior Associate will provide leadership across project delivery, client relationships, team development, and financial management. This individual will guide complex landscape architecture projects through the complete project life cycle while maintaining the firm’s standards for design excellence, technical quality, and professional service.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced landscape architect who can balance creative problem-solving with disciplined project management. The Senior Associate will serve as a trusted client partner, mentor project teams, manage scope and financial performance, and help ensure that design intent is successfully carried through documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
