Job summary

A leading architectural firm is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager to oversee complex projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and at least 7 years of experience in project management and design. Excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers a salary of $110K - $125K DOE, along with comprehensive health benefits, a 401K plan, and profit sharing.

A Landscape Architect Project Manager responsible for managing complex projects from conception to completion. The position will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standards of design excellence. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for effectively conveying ideas, leading project discussions, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Professional license or registration (RLA/PLA).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape architecture design and project management.
  • Experience with various project types (e.g., parks, commercial, master planned communities, etc.).
  • Experience with the entitlement process and site planning.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience with project budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project designs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, including networking, preparing proposals, interviewing, and negotiating fees.
  • Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Effectively manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Continuously improve project processes and techniques.

Pay: $110K - $125K DOE
