Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance.
- Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field.
- Certification as a Landscape Professional or Technician (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Grow and retain clients through landscape contracts.
- Prepare and present proposals aligned with client needs.
- Oversee service quality with site visits and clear communication.
- Lead landscape crews and coordinate maintenance operations.
- Proactively suggest services to enhance landscapes.
- Collaborate with Branch Manager and Operations to meet goals.
