Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required — training is available.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial-grade equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport crew members, equipment, and materials between job sites.
• Plant, trim, prune, water landscapes as needed.
• Assist with outdoor lighting installations.
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Work in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
