Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients in California. You will build long-term relationships, pursue ancillary services, and coordinate with field operations to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include developing accurate estimates, delivering timely bid proposals, and driving client satisfaction while maintaining gross margins. Travel to sites and collaboration with the Branch Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services within client portfolio.
• Develop estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients.
• Deliver bid proposals and designs for enhancements.
• Maintain long-term client relations and ensure renewals.
• Lead field crews and coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety policies and branch profitability.
• Maintain CRM documentation and client records.
• Travel to sites as needed.
