Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management within landscaping, strong horticultural knowledge, and proficiency with CRM tools. A valid driver's license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales in landscaping/horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, plant materials, maintenance protocols, and horticultural products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple accounts.
• Proficient in project management and CRM software; valid driver’s license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Builder – develop and maintain long-term client connections through exceptional communication and personalized service.
• Client Solutions Expert – conduct site visits to assess needs and recommend tailored landscaping solutions.
• Proposal & Sales Driver – prepare and present customized proposals to meet client goals and budgets.
• Project Coordinator – collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and issue resolution.
• Industry Innovator – stay current on landscaping trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge recommendations.
• Customer Satisfaction Champion – enhance client experiences and foster loyalty and referrals.
