Signature Landscape in Olathe, KS is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, promote landscape enhancements, and manage communications within your portfolio.

You will lead initiatives to meet revenue and renewal goals while coordinating site visits, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to our family-oriented culture and competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape industry experience in account management or similar.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
