Job summary

Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape is seeking a motivated Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. You will be the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service, strong relationships, and solid financial performance.

The role emphasizes growth through upselling services, accurate budgeting, and collaboration with Production Managers to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Operations Management, Sales, or related field.
Experience in budgeting, job costing, and profitability analysis.
Experience developing estimates and proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Aspire experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular meetings.
Lead contract renewals and ensure service agreements are maintained.
Monitor budgets, labor, materials, and profitability for accounts.
Prepare estimates and pricing for maintenance and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with Production Managers and Operations teams to execute services.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new services.
