Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager for the Greater Chicago Area to oversee client relationships, manage maintenance and enhancement projects, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

You will lead site visits, coordinate with production, enhancement, and irrigation teams, manage budgets and proposals, and identify opportunities to grow accounts while ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape management or related field.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage maintenance and snow service renewals, budgets, and proposals.
• Oversee landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation coordination, and snow operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with production, enhancement, and irrigation teams to execute work efficiently.
• Identify service solutions and opportunities to grow accounts.
• Track budgets, approve invoices, and support profitability goals.
