Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with commercial and/or residential landscape clients.
• Oversee a $500,000–$800,000 portfolio of existing business.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits and identify opportunities for enhancements and additional services.
• Generate and close $500,000+ in enhancement sales annually.
• Prepare proposals, present recommendations, and follow up with clients to close opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, and sales activity in Aspire.
• Address client concerns and coordinate solutions to maintain strong customer relationships.
