Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring an Account Manager to connect with existing and prospective clients, listen to needs, and build lasting relationships. You will craft proposals, review project specs and contracts, and ensure high-quality service across lawn and snow maintenance.

The role requires strong communication, 3-5 years of sales experience, and a drive to exceed goals. You will travel to job sites for inspections in a fast-growing commercial landscaping company.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required and a Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years previous sales experience.
• Ability to coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously.
• Must be able to drive to all work sites and conduct tours and visual inspections.
• Prior landscape operations management experience required.
• Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and maintenance staff to ensure quality work.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals for lawn and snow services.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clientele.
• Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for clientele and internal use.
• Review specifications and contract documentation for each project.
• Proactively anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid customer complaints.
