Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Lands & ROW Advisor to support regional pipeline and facility operations. You will coordinate land access, notifications, and agreements, while serving as a liaison with landowners and agencies to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple teams, with significant travel and a focus on maintaining accurate land records and supporting public awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or professional land certification required.
• Minimum four years of progressively responsible ROW or land experience.
• Knowledge of land acquisitions, easements, legislation, deeds, and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands and ROW advisory services for pipeline operations, maintenance, projects, and field teams in the region.
• Build relationships with landowners, tenants, municipalities, and agencies.
• Investigate and resolve land-related matters, including claims, encroachments, drainage, and compensation settlements.
• Negotiate land access, easements, permits, leases, and construction agreements.
• Prepare landowner notifications and legal documentation in compliance with laws and Enbridge policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Law, and Regulatory teams; maintain land records.
