Job summary

Enbridge in the United States is seeking a Lands & ROW Advisor to provide land expertise to regional pipeline and facility operations, coordinating land access, notifications, agreements, negotiations and issue resolution to support safe, compliant operations.

This full-time role in Monahans, TX (with a planned move to Midland, TX in 2027) requires strong land knowledge, negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with landowners and agencies. Travel 50-75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional land certification; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum four years of right-of-way or related land experience; more if no degree.
• Knowledge of land acquisitions, easements, laws, titles, deeds, and legal docs.
• Proficient with MS Office, land databases, GIS tools, and related IT for land activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands and ROW advisory services for pipeline operations, maintenance, projects, and field teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with landowners, tenants, municipalities, and agencies.
• Investigate and resolve land-related matters including damage claims, encroachments, and drainage issues.
• Negotiate land access, easements, permits, leases, and construction agreements with landowners and public bodies.
• Prepare landowner notifications and legal docs, coordinating land activities per laws and Enbridge policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Law, Environment, Public Affairs, and Regulatory teams; maintain land records.
