Enbridge seeks a Lands & Right-of-Way Advisor to join our team in Texas. This role provides advisory services for pipeline operations, maintenance, and projects across the assigned region.

Location is currently Monahans, TX, with planned relocation to Midland, TX in 2027. The role requires negotiating land access, preparing legal documents, and collaborating with Operations, Law, and Regulatory teams while maintaining confidential records; travel is 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional land certification.
• 4+ years of ROW or related land experience.
• Knowledge of land acquisitions and easements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and GIS.

Responsabilités

• Provide Lands and ROW advisory services for pipelines, projects, and field teams.
• Build relationships with landowners, municipalities, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Investigate land-related matters including claims, encroachments, drainage, and contamination.
• Negotiate land access, easements, permits, leases, and other agreements.
• Prepare landowner notices and legal documentation while coordinating land activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Law, Environment, Public Affairs, and Regulatory teams while maintaining accurate land records.
