Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking experienced Right of Way Agents to support a large-scale overhead electric transmission project in Central Illinois. This role involves landowner outreach, easement negotiations, and coordinating with project teams while traveling across assigned areas.

Candidates must hold an active Illinois real estate license and be comfortable working in rural environments. Prior ROW experience and strong communication skills are essential for timely acquisitions and accurate

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Real Estate License required.
• Prior right of way, land acquisition or negotiation experience required.
• Willingness to travel across Central Illinois for project work.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support landowner outreach and acquisition for 345/765 kV projects.
• Negotiate easements and rights of way in rural areas.
• Coordinate with project managers, title resources, and survey teams.
• Maintain accurate parcel and acquisition documentation.
