Job summary

Atwell is seeking experienced Right of Way Specialists to support a large-scale electric transmission project across multiple rural regions. You will engage landowners, negotiate easements, and coordinate with project teams and clients while traveling within Nebraska, Wyoming, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

Candidates with regional knowledge, transmission project experience, and strong communication skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior right of way or land acquisition experience required.
• Experience supporting electric utility or linear infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the project region.

Responsibilities

• Support right of way acquisition activities for electric transmission projects.
• Conduct landowner outreach and facilitate property negotiations.
• Coordinate with project teams, title resources, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Travel throughout assigned project areas as needed.
• Collaborate with internal land, title, and project management teams.
