This position requires regular in-person court appearances throughout all five boroughs of New York City.

• Handle landlord-tenant and housing litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage deadlines and assigned matters independentlyNegotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
