A well-established New York City real estate law firm is looking for a Landlord-tenant Litigation Associate with about 3-4 years of experience. The firm represents property owners, developers, and management companies throughout the metro area, with clients ranging from individual owners to large residential and commercial portfolios.
In this role, you'll handle matters in Housing Court and assist with New York Supreme Court litigation. You'll draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and stipulations, and represent owners in court. It's a fast-paced practice with plenty of hands-on responsibility.
Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
