Responsibilities

• Appear in Housing Court and other courts throughout all five boroughs.
• Handle landlord-tenant and housing litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage deadlines and assigned matters independently; negotiate settlements and advocate effectively.
