Job summary

OWN, Inc. seeks a Survey Team Leader to guide a skilled surveying group, strengthen client relationships, and deliver projects that positively impact Missouri communities.

You will mentor teammates, manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensure safety, quality, and budget targets, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
• 10+ years of land surveying experience, incl. project and team management.
• Strong knowledge of surveying practices, equipment, and software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS).
• Experience in client relationship management, business development, and project financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll be doing:
