OWN, Inc. is seeking a Survey Team Leader to guide a talented survey team, manage client relationships, and deliver projects that benefit communities across Missouri and beyond.

You will oversee projects from kickoff to completion, provide technical guidance, ensure quality and safety, manage schedules and budgets, and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of land surveying experience and leadership of projects/teams.
• PLS license preferred.
• Strong leadership and clientRelationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop survey team members with a collaborative culture.
• Oversee surveying projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, safety, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with surveying standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage project performance and continuous improvement.
