Qualifications

• Connecticut Professional Land Surveyor (LS) license required.
• 4+ years of professional land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with boundary surveys, land records research, and survey computations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license.
