Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting for a senior leader to oversee a well-established Survey Department in Connecticut.

You will lead a team of survey professionals across land development, municipal, transportation, and commercial projects, mentoring staff and driving client relationships. The role requires a Connecticut PLS license, 10+ years of land surveying experience, and strong leadership with project management skills.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey software
• Excellent communication and client management skills
