Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Data Analyst II in Spring, TX to support Unconventional Land and Land Services by managing physical and electronic land documentation throughout the document lifecycle. Responsibilities include receiving, preparing, scanning, indexing, quality checking, routing, tracking, and archiving documents within ExxonMobil's ECM system.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of documentation

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming physical and electronic documents.
• Prepare paper documents for scanning and digitization.
• Scan physical documents into the enterprise content management system.
• Perform indexing and quality assurance of scanned documents.
• Electronically route and distribute completed documents.
• Track, archive, and manage document workflows.
• Support special projects and additional document management activities as assigned.
