Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture seeks a Land Planning Project Manager to lead complex residential master planning and entitlement efforts in a collaborative Orlando-area office. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive presentations for approvals.

The role requires a degree in urban planning or related field and 5-8 years of experience, with strong skills in AutoCAD, GIS, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in urban planning, landscape architecture, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in residential master planning and community design.
• Strong understanding of placemaking, community design, and entitlement processes.
• Ability to prepare planning documents and conduct independent research.
• Successful project management: scheduling, budgets, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the land planning process from concept to approvals for private sector clients.
• Prepare and submit planning studies and petitions; coordinate with agencies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and sub-consultants; mentor staff.
• Collaborate with landscape architecture team and promote office culture.
