Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • 3+ years in real estate development or real estate finance; land development experience preferred.
  • Joint Venture and Acquisition & Development financing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning for land projects across markets.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support land purchases and development decisions.
  • Partner with accounting and land development teams on budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare monthly land financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Evaluate investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze returns, cash flows, IRR, NPV, and profitability metrics.
