Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• 3+ years in real estate development or real estate finance; land development experience a plus.
• Experience with joint ventures and real estate financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for land projects across markets.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for land purchases, development, and capital allocations.
• Partner with accounting and land development teams to maintain budgets and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Prepare monthly land financial reporting with variance analysis and management reporting.
