Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
• Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with mapping applications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans and asset performance.
• Prepare revenues, profit margins, cash flow forecasts, and ROI calculations.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation.
• Perform pricing analysis and evaluate financial deal points for dispositions.
• Recommend price structures and payment schedules.
• Develop and maintain a computerized financial proforma model for community planning.
• Explore alternative business plans to identify an optimum financial strategy.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to strategies and reporting.
• Maintain market analysis database for project feasibility.
• Visit sites to understand competitive pricing and features.
• Assist in Greenfolder process with vestacalcs and charts.
• Formulate budgets and manage vendor contracts, change orders, and invoices.
