Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education in civil/geotechnical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in raw land development, civil engineering, or estimating.
• Experience with infrastructure, grading, and environmental work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review civil drawings and ensure compliance with Lennar standards.
• Oversee bidding to obtain best price, quality and performance.
• Issue contracts and track budgeted line items.
• Assist in development cost estimates with land acquisition teams.
• Maintain purchasing records and vendor performance ratings.
