In this role, you will partner with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant, delivering land development initiatives and long-range planning. This position emphasizes collaboration, documentation control, and timely reporting to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project coordination or land development experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and ERP/project accounting software preferred.
• Strong organization and time management with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development projects from planning and permitting through construction and lot delivery.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, budgets, and schedules using Procore.
• Support financial administration, including invoices, pay applications, change orders, lender draws, and budget tracking.
• Partner with contractors, consultants, builders, government agencies, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain compliance documentation, insurance records, lien releases, and project files.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support strategic land development initiatives and long-range planning efforts.
