Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Land Development Project Coordinator in the New York area to oversee workflow from permits to turnover and bond exoneration. You will support planning, schedule management, and coordination with utilities and trades to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related land development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development workflow from permits through turnover.
• Assist in project planning and coordination with vertical construction.
• Coordinate with utilities and other stakeholders for land development.
• Manage development trades and schedules aligned with division goals.
• Support budgeting, cost analyses, and bid/contract activities.
• Prepare work orders and forward to contract administration for payment.
• Monitor field progress and ensure quality, timing and budget targets.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
