A collaborative, multi-disciplinary design firm is seeking experienced Civil Engineers and Project Managers to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of dynamic projects in both the public and private sectors. The team consists of professionals across various disciplines, including civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, surveying, and security consulting, all working together in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to or lead land development projects from conceptual design through construction
• Collaborate on site planning, grading, stormwater management, and utility design
• Prepare and review construction documents and technical reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and permitting agencies
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables (Project Manager role)
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to team development

Project Types Include:

• Mixed-use and transit-oriented developments
• Government and institutional facilities
• Commercial, office, and residential developments
• Utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data center projects

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
