You will manage vendors, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with civil engineers, inspectors, and city officials, and ensure compliance with codes. This role requires strong planning, communication, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. A two-year degree with experience in civil construction or landscaping is preferred, with MS

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of related civil construction/landscape experience.
• Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Review civil improvement plans and project specs to deliver finished lots.
• Oversee development and scheduling for infrastructure installation.
• Coordinate with jurisdictional officials during installation and inspections.
• Track milestones and report delays to stakeholders.
• Engage subcontractors and assist with bid packages and contracts.
• Ensure BMPs and SWPPP compliance.
• Travel as needed.
