Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to oversee vendors and contractors in developing raw land for home construction in new communities.

You will manage infrastructure installation, lot preparation, landscaping, and park amenities to ensure timely project delivery. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and at least three years of related experience, with strong scheduling skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of related civil construction/land development experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review civil improvement plans, geotechnical evaluations, and project specs to deliver prepared lots.
• Oversee infrastructure installation and landscape construction for new communities.
• Meet with officials during installation and inspection of civil works and amenities.
• Track project schedules, identify delays, and report milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify plans.
